We adhere to standardized order processing and safe logistics distribution standards to ensure every customer receives their purchased bags in intact quality and within a predictable delivery cycle.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is successfully confirmed and paid in full, our team will complete product inspection, professional packaging and outbound preparation within 1 to 3 business days. All processing work excludes weekends and official U.S. statutory holidays, during which our warehouse will suspend order operation services.
During major promotional activities and shopping peak seasons with excessive order volume, the order processing schedule may be moderately extended. We will proactively send email notifications to customers once obvious delays occur to ensure full transparency of order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on package size, actual weight and delivery area. The accurate shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden or additional charges.
We provide exclusive standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery duration of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery times are for reference only. Actual arrival status may change due to logistics carrier operation delays, customs clearance audits, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspension factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order completes all pre-delivery procedures and is officially dispatched, our system will automatically push a shipment confirmation email to your registered mailbox. The email contains your unique order tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier information for real-time inquiry.
Logistics tracking data will be updated and available for query within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. If the tracking status remains unupdated after 48 hours, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and follow-up processing.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall carefully confirm and submit accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses, postal codes and valid contact information during order checkout to avoid delivery obstacles.
CHRISTOPHER NEWTON will not bear any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect, missing or invalid address information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address errors, customers need to bear all reshipping fees independently, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please initiate a loss consultation application to our customer service team within 3 calendar days from the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics provider to investigate the loss cause and formulate a proper solution.
Bags may suffer extrusion deformation, surface scratches, accessory damage or package breakage during long-distance transportation. If you receive damaged products, please contact our support team within 24 hours after package receipt. You need to provide clear photos of the outer package and damaged product details as valid evidence. We will verify the situation and resolve the after-sales issue as soon as possible.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each bag product sold in our store is equipped with professional care instructions tailored to its material, including leather, canvas, nylon and other mainstream fabrics. Customers should follow official guidelines for daily use, storage and cleaning maintenance.
Any product damage, fading, wear and structural failure caused by improper cleaning methods, high-temperature exposure, private modification, violent use or other human misuse shall be borne by the customer. Our store does not undertake after-sales responsibilities for damage caused by non-standard use and maintenance.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
For all international cross-border orders, the local customs bureau of the destination country may levy import duties, customs clearance fees and other tax expenses in accordance with local trade policies and regulatory standards.
All customs-related expenses are fully undertaken by the recipient. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any import taxes and customs fees. We are not responsible for package detention, forced return or disposal caused by customers’ failure to pay relevant fees or violation of local import regulations.
